Realty developer Migsun finalises tie-up with ElectriVa for EV charging stations across projects

NCR: Realty developer Migsun has established a tie-up with electric vehicle charging provider ElectriVa. ElectriVa will be responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations at three projects of Migsun in Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.

The three projects in which ElectriVa will invest are Migsun Roof, Raj Nagar Extension, Migsun Wynne, Greater Noida and Migsun Green Mansion, Greater Noida.

“There has been an increase in demand from developers for the installations of charging stations at the under construction projects.as well. We are taking to other developers across geographies for such tie ups,” said Sumit Dhanuka, founder, ElectriVa.

Migsun is one of NCR’s well-known real estate companies. It has delivered more than 40 projects across commercial and residential verticals. The group is all set to hand-over 4,000 apartments and commercial properties in six projects in the next year.

The Migsun Group’s projects are majorly located at Noida, Greater Noida, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad and Lucknow. Recently, the company also made headlines for undertaking the development of a stuck project under Project Management Consultancy model in Greater Noida.

“We want to be future ready as residents are already asking whether the project has EV charging stations before making the buying decision. We have earmarked space for charging stations,” said Yash Miglani, MD, Migsun Group.

The electric vehicle charging stations services providing companies have reportedly seen increased demands from developers and resident welfare associations as more residents are buying electric vehicles.

Also, as the EV frequency is on continuous growth, residential societies and apartments want to implement EV charging stations in the residential zones.

The government has also made its efforts to encourage automobile manufactures to increase local production of electric vehicles. It will lead to a rise in the number of zero-emission vehicles plying on Indian roads. It will reduce the economic dependence on crude oil imports and witness a steep fall in vehicular pollution.
