Sikka Group to deliver 200 homes by end of 2021

New Delhi: With several supportive policies announced by the government for the real estate sector, Sikka Group has set a target of delivering 200 homes by 2021. Meanwhile, Sikka Group is also issuing many attractive offers for home buyers.

The Group also organized ‘Sikka ke Superstars’ at Madhuban Hotel, Rajpur Road, for its channel partners on Thursday to recognize their contribution to the success of the company.

It is worth noting that while the real estate sector has seen many ups and downs in the past many years, the government has announced several policies to provide a boost to the sector.

Meanwhile, the real estate company Sikka Group will soon deliver 492 homes in Dehradun’s Doon IT Park housing project Sikka Kimaya Greens and Sikka Kingston Greens in Hathibarkala. At the same time, the Group has announced to give around 200 houses in these projects by the end of the current year. For this, the Group will invest Rs 50 crore.
