Runwal Group Appoints Alchemist as its Marketing and Communication Agency for, Runwal Gardens, its flagship project

Alchemist Marketing Solutions, through its Real Estate division, Clay Express – has been appointed as the communication strategy and creative agency for Runwal Gardens, the flagship project of Runwal Group. Having developed over 30 million sq. ft. of space through landmark integrated townships with residential and commercial projects, Runwal group is one of the top developers in the country.

As their first assignment, Alchemist has incubated and already executed its maiden campaign for Runwal Gardens which is getting excellent critical, consumer and sales feedback. The concept is called HHQ, which through a teaser, first urged the audiences to check how the health of their current home is.

They were led to a neutral web asset, which through a short quiz helped them ascertain the current Home Health Quotient [HHQ]. Immediately following this, the reveal campaign talked about the launch of North Avenue II, within Runwal Gardens, which offered an extremely high HHQ of 95%.

The campaign has already got unprecedented success within 3 weeks of the teaser launch and 2 weeks of the reveal.
