Gurugram’s Sector 63- The Newest Traction Point for Real Estate

Situated in close proximity to Golf Course Extension Road, with travel time accounting for 30-45 minutes, Sector 63 has emerged as the new sub-city in Gurugram, with several factors going in its favor to become the next central residential hub. 

Sector 63 lies in the Southern part of Gurugram and shares easy Rapid Metro connectivity, which acts as a feeder link to DMRC’s Yellow line. Its interchange station is Sikanderpur and connects to vital commercial areas of Gurugram. The nearest metro station to Sector 63 is Rapid Metro’s station named, Sector 55-56.
