  3. Now, select the year, district and enter the name of the village of the property you need to find the details for.
  4. Enter Property Survey No. /CTS No./Milkat No./Gat No./Plot No.
  5. Then, just click on Search option and property record will be displayed on the screen.

What Are The Steps To Check Land Records Online In Maharashtra?

  1. Visit the official land record site of MAHA Bhulekh i.e. https://bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in/
  2. Now, you will need to select a district and after that you will be redirected to a page.
  3. Select Taluka (Tehsil) and Village from the drop-down menu.
  4. And, now from here you can search a 7/12 record of land by entering the survey number and the name.
  5. Finally, after a click on the search button the 7/12 records of land will be displayed.
