Sikka Group Receives Rs 207 Crore Funding From SWAMIH For Its Project In Greater Noida

NCR: Sikka Group, NCR’s leading developer, has successfully bagged a fund of Rs 207 Crores for its upcoming project in Greater Noida by the renowned Special Window for Affordable & Mild-Income Housing (SWAMIH). This funding would escalate the project’s delivery speed, hosting housing units to 1,000 buyers at Sikka Kimaya Greens.

The project was planned as an eco-friendly establishment but was somehow stopped due to the unavailability of funds. However, this fund would once against boost the speed of work, allowing the developer to deliver quality work. The organization (SWAMIH) has funded over 30 projects in NCR, and Sikka Group’s project is the third in the region to bag funding.

“We’re glad to have bagged this funding as it has allowed us to restart operations at our project and deliver the units at the earliest. Though the construction was put on hold in view of Covid regulations, it will again be in full swing as we look forward to completing it and handing over the units to our customers in the next three months. We aim to complete the project in eighteen months from now.
