Bengaluru: Powered by Geist, the Oktoberfest festival will kick off with keg tapping by Achim Burkart, German Consul General on 17th September (Saturday) and will live stream the event in Munich at the same time!
The event will feature a Carnival Street with a 20,000 sq ft German tent complete with authentic Bavarian food, Craft beer, German performers and German musicians along with a masterly Indian lineup. The artists performing at the event include Beat Gurus, Carlton Braganza & Friends, Ivan, Jasmeet, Raghu, and Zhane. It will also feature a dedicated kids’ zone.
